dc.description.abstract | Education policy reform is one of the most important areas of research in all countries. The education policy reform not only has an impact on school education, but it also has a huge and far-reaching impact on the education and training industry. Due to the rapid development of subject-based training institutions in China and their huge market share, education and teaching have deviated from schools to the education and training industry. China has reformed its education policy to regulate and consolidate the education and training industry. Therefore, this paper is a study of the educational reform, dilemma and development of China's education and training industry in the context of a series of educational policy reforms, mainly the "double reduction" policy. Through literature analysis and case studies, the authors analyze the reform of China's education and training industry, the transformation of education and training institutions, and the role of educational leadership in the development of the education and training industry. The research results show that there are two types of transformation of education and training institutions, one is the transformation of subject-based education and training into quality education and training; the other is the need to shift from offline education to online education due to the impact of the new crown epidemic. In addition, the authors believe that educational leadership has important significance and far-reaching impact on the post-reform development of China's education and training industry. Therefore, educational leadership was studied and analyzed in conjunction with the reform of the education and training industry. | |
