This guide lists the fees and charges that are paid to An Bord Pleanála for: • Planning appeal cases • Strategic infrastructure development cases • Strategic housing development cases • Building Control Act cases • Water Pollution Act cases • Other cases under the Planning and Development Acts • Other requests like Freedom of Information The fees in this guide are valid from September 2011 apart from the fees for strategic housing development cases which apply from July 2017 and fees concerning appeals on vacant sites fees which apply from April 2019.
