dc.description.abstractThis annual report draws on findings from the Public Attitudes Survey, a representative survey of some 6,000 adult respondents in Ireland. It is representative of the population on the basis of age, gender, social class and nationality. Since 2017 a booster sample of young people aged 16 and 17 years have also been surveyed to measure their attitudes towards crime and policing in Ireland. The survey covers a range of issues relating to crime and policing.en
