This Trinity FLAC research project evaluates the divergences as between human rights protection mechanisms in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Its ultimate aim is to provide clear policy recommendations to guide future decision-makers in the case of a united Ireland. The project is the product of an intervarsity effort between Trinity College, Dublin students and students of Queen's University, Belfast.
