dc.description'This is a copy of an original drawing by Angelo Maria Bigari which is preserved in the NLI in the Austin Cooper Collection as 2122 TX (3) 3 - see image cgjc1193. The human figures in the original have been omitted from the copy, and the style in the copy is more fleeting and impressionistic. The J.S. Cooper who signed his name to the drawing may be Jonathon Sisson Cooper (ca.1777-1850) who, however, would only have been 17 years old at the time of the execution of this drawing. The drawing depicts a view of the tower half-way along the length of the hall-like church of the Franciscan Third Order friary at Court, County Sligo, Ireland, with a glimpse into the north side-chapel.'
