dc.descriptionActive in both Dublin and Belfast, Frazer (or Fraser) studied in the Dublin Society in 1812 and began exhibiting with the Society of Artists and the Royal Hibernian Academy shortly thereafter. He served as a professor of painting with the RHA from 1837-53. The artist specialized in views and scenes of Irish life and, occasionally, portraits.en
