REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) is a European Commission proposal to arrive at better legislation for dealing with chemicals in the European Union.
REACH proposes the establishment of a comprehensive regulatory framework governing the manufacturing and use of all chemicals used in Europe.
