dc.description.abstract | Organisation theory has, it is charged, failed to achieve a level of
generalisation enabling it to systematize and explain organisation
phenomena in different fields, be it, as stated above, a hospital, a bank,
a joint stock company or a university. There is, it is alleged, no generic
process. It would appear that there are no universal aspects of organisation,
only special types of organisation. | en |
