dc.description.abstract | Transport network reliability has emerged as an issue of immense importance over the past decade leading many researchers to propose various reliability measures and approaches to assess transport network reliability and to design reliable networks. A number of modelling approaches have been proposed, including the game-theoretic approach. Traditionally, game theoretic approaches have relied on the outcome of a game played between network users seeking to minimise their travel costs and an origin destination (OD)-specific demon that seeks the opposite by damaging links on each OD pair in the network. | |
