dc.description.abstract | The aims of this study were: (i) to study the structural, magnetic and transport properties of ferromagnetic oxides (La0.7 Sr0.3)MnO3 and A2FeMoO6 (A=Ca, Sr, Ba) in polycrystalline and thin film form, (ii) to optimise the physical, magnetic and transport properties of these
materials and study the feasibility of their use in the fabrication of electronic devices and (iii) fabricate a device based on one of these materials. | |
