dc.description.abstract | Having been requested by you "to report for your consideration
the principal leading alterations in the laws respecting the relation
of landlord and tenant in Ireland, required for the full adoption of
the following general principles of legislation:"1st?That landlords and tenants should be placed in the most
favourable position for making commercial contracts as to the occupation
of land.
2nd?That legislative provision should be made for all cases
that may be left unprovided for by such contracts.
3rd?That the forms of procedure for reciprocally enforcing the
rights and duties arising from the relation of landlord and tenant
should be made simple and effectual." | en |
