Abstract:
This resource gives an introduction to the theories of interculturalism and related fields. It includes Teachers' Guides containing sample exercises for teachers to complete with students in the classroom. The second part of the chapter focuses on the field of education, discovers and reviews diverse approaches to interculturality in education, analytically introduces various intercultural education initiatives, and discusses the concepts of intercultural competencies in the field of education.
