dc.description.abstractThe North/South Ireland Food Consumption Survey (NSIFCS) was conducted between 1997 and 1999, on a representative sample of 1379 adults from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, aged 18 to 64 years. Food intakes were collected using a 7 day food diary and information on health, lifestyles, physical activity and attitudes to health were collected using a series of questionnaires while anthropometric measurements were taken.
